For your yummy fruit chaat:
1. Chop up in small pieces a selection of fruits: apples, bananas, strawberries, grapes, or any seasonal fruit.
2. Once fruit is chopped up, add some fruit juice,enough to soak the fruit, mango, guava, passion fruit juice goes well or any other fruit juice you have.
3. Add 2-3 pinches of salt, black pepper, chaat masala, and chilli powder (optional).
4. Mix it all up, chill in the fridge for at least 15 min and serve as a yummy starter, have as a healthy snack or light lunch. Enjoy.
