I usually make fish pakoras with white fish.
To prepare the fish marinade mix 2 tablespoons of gram flour with 2 tablespoons of corn flour, salt and chilli powder as per your taste, a teaspoon of ajwain and crushed dhania seeds.
Mix all the ingredients with egg but only about 1-2 tablespoons of egg. Once all is mixed, add in the de-boned, de-skinned fish. Leave for no more than half an hour and fry on medium heat for about 8 minutes or until golden crispy. Enjoy with a chutney of your choice, i like dhania chutney with this.
